Core Wellness and Physical Therapy wants to get you back to living your life! Our goal is to help you live the full life that you want by finding and treating the root of your pain or issue. Our focus is helping women at all stages of life with things such as prolapse, painful intercourse, incontinence, scarring, bowel/abdominal issues, tailbone pain, post partum care, pregnancy care, infertility, and really any women's health related issue. Each session is one on one with a Doctor of Physical Therapy and you will be given lots of information so you know what is going on with your body! We treat with many hands on techniques, specifically myofascial release and dry needle therapy, and will give you things that you can do at home to help.
