Kat Castro

Dr. Kat Castro PT, DPT is the lead physical therapist for PhysioElements in Greenwich. Kat received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from New York University and specializes treating chronic pain, sports-related injuries, scoliosis, female/male pelvic floor dysfunctions and the prenatal/postpartum population. Kat also holds certifications as a Pilates instructor, Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist (PCES) and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through NSCA.
