Jennifer Estes

Jennifer Estes, PT, DPT, is a Pelvic Health Physical Therapist and Owner/Founder of Pelvic Foundations in Central Pennsylvania. After retiring from being a professional ballerina she went on to Osteopathic Medical School gaining extensive skilled training in Osteopathic Manipulative Therapy including clinical rotations with urogynecology, obstetrics, and gastroenterology where she recognized the inherent need for a collaborative approach for those with pelvic floor dysfunction leading her to pursue physical therapy and ultimately specialize in pelvic health. She combines a holistic approach with a passion for listening and empowering patients to optimize their quality of life through the intricacies of their dysfunction while aiding in their journey through manual based therapies and maximizing gains through individualized education and lifelong strategies.
