Hi! My name is Jen Torborg. And I’m a licensed physical therapist with a passion for pelvic floor physical therapy. I am the author of Your Best Pregnancy Ever, Your Best Body after Baby, and Your Pelvic Health Book (available on Amazon in kindle, paperback & audible). My goal is to empower you on your journey to understanding your body & mind better. As a pelvic floor physical therapist I see people for healing pelvic / bladder / bowel / sexual dysfunction as well as concerns during pregnancy & postpartum.

I received my Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. I have my Certificate of Achievement in Pelvic Health Physical Therapy (CAPP-Pelvic) and Certificate of Achievement in Pregnancy/Postpartum Physical Therapy (CAPP-OB) from the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) Section on Women’s Health (SoWH). I often incorporate dry needling and am a certified myofascial trigger point therapist (CMTPT) through Myopain Seminars.
