Hello. I am Jade (she/her), Midwife, Pelvic Care Specialist and Medicine Woman that brings ancient wisdom and healing practices into our modern day. I support women preconception through the lifespan, suffering with pelvic pain and other pelvic/gyn symptoms who desire healing and a clear connection to their body and their feminine energy. We work together for root level healing, so that they can find more ease in their body and live an empowered life with vibrant pelvic health.

I weave over 25 years of experience as a Certified Nurse Midwife and Licensed Massage Therapist utilizing Arvigo® Maya Abdominal Therapy, Holistic Pelvic Care™, Energy Medicine, Flower Essence Therapy, and Herbal Medicine. As a lifelong dancer and yoga teacher and JourneyDance™ Facilitator, I love to explore and facilitate conscious movement practices. I am trained in the Restore your Core® Movement/Exercise Method and help women heal and strengthen their core, pelvic floor and whole body; including diastasis recti, prolapse, leakage and pelvis pain.

Utilizing the gifts of trained, intuitive touch and energy medicine, I facilitate the awareness, release and transformation of physical and energetic patterns that inhibit optimal health and expression of one’s full self.
