I'm an occupational therapist specializing in pelvic health, maternal mental health, and pediatrics. I want to help moms navigate motherhood with more ease and confidence by offering in-home pelvic floor therapy, pregnancy/postpartum wellness sessions and virtual mom & baby groups. Serving the surrounding San Jose area.

I earned a B.S. in Psychology from St. Mary's College in 2005 and a Master’s of Science in Occupational Therapy from San Jose State University in 2008. I've worked in pediatrics (home, early intervention, outpatient clinics, and schools) for 10+ years and pivoted to maternal health during the pandemic. Working with parents has always been the center of my approach in therapy. I've continued my education and training in:
*Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist
*Pelvic floor assessment and treatment techniques
*Maternal mental health and am currently pursuing my Perinatal Mental Health Certification
*A multitude of pediatric/parenting courses on child development, sensory integration, behavioral challenges, attachment/bonding, and emotional regulation

I live in the South Bay with my husband, two kids and pets. I love cheering my kids on and my favorite occupations are crafts, travel, enjoying live music and listening to books/podcasts. Occupational Therapist
