Dr. Taryn Kilty

I am Taryn Kilty: a doctor of physical therapist, wife to a rancher from Wyoming, and the mother of two wonderful kiddos with a secret desire to be Joanna Gaines. My lifetime mission is to help mothers thrive after having children instead of just surviving.

You see, after I had my first child, I thought that with my education I would just pick up the pieces and put myself back together again…boy was I wrong! After 5 years, two children, three orthopedic specialists, countless colleagues, and a handful of other healthcare professionals, I still wasn’t finding answers to my broken postpartum body. For my 30th birthday, I asked for what any normal 30-year-old gal would ask for an online postpartum course for physical therapists. This was the course that changed my life and projection of my career.

This course was the starter fuel to my obsession for finding answers to all the pain points woman have after having a child. This course ramped up my nerdiness and has led me to become a certified postpartum physical therapist, applied prevention and health promotion therapist, and personal trainer. I will continue to obsess, research, and learn so that I can bring hope to as many mothers out there as I can.

To all you tired mothers out there, who have carried babies for months, expelled them or had them excised from your bodies, and have battle wounds to show for it…I AM WITH YOU.

I get excited, even a bit crazy to share my journey and help fellow moms. I am here to say enough is enough.

I believe…women need to be thriving after childbirth instead of just surviving.
I believe…that we, as women, just accept our postpartum bodies as “this is as good as it gets” when in reality, there IS something that can be done.
I believe…once postpartum, always postpartum, so it is never too late to heal your “core.”
I believe…in empowering women to be THE BEST VERSIONS OF THEMSELVES. Physical Therapist
