Leslie is a Birth Healing Specialist offering over 15 years of experience as a physical therapist. She specializes in women's health physical therapy and visceral manipulation.

I received my MS PT degree from Clarke College in 2002 and my Doctor of PT degree in 2013 through Des Moines University. I offer a holistic approach combining both technical skill and intuition to energetically and physically address your symptoms. I have experience with both acute and chronic conditions; and offer physical therapy evaluation and treatment customized to your specific problems.

As a mother of 4, I am extremely passionate about helping moms recover more fully after birth. During pregnancy, evaluation will address pelvic balance along with integrity of ligaments/muscles to optimize opening of pelvis during the birthing process & eliminate common pain syndromes common during pregnancy. Postpartum evaluation focuses on pelvic balance, muscle integrity, and organ position/energy. Postpartum sessions are recommended for all women regardless of the presence of symptoms.
