Lauren Keller helps women with leaking and pelvic pain feel confident in doing the exercises and activities they love. She helps mamas prepare for childbirth and recover postpartum so they feel strong and capable.

Dr. Lauren loves being a mama to her 2 daughters! It was during her pregnancy and postpartum recoveries that she became determined to heal her body naturally. Lauren realized there was a huge lack of information, guidance, and knowledge for pregnant and postpartum women and Lauren knew she had to help guide women back to their health, fitness, and exercise routines safely. She is working to maintain a healthy physical, mental, and emotional balance in motherhood. Her own journey as a mama helped fuel her passion to help women be better prepared for preconception, pregnancy, labor and delivery, and the 4th trimester.

Dr Lauren is excited to help women learn how to care for their bodies naturally through fitness, nutrition and mindset work. She never wants a woman to feel alone or as though she has to stop all activities she loves because of pain or discomfort. Instead, she loves to figure out the way that feels best for your body right now.

Elemental Chiropractic is located in Addison, IL (Western suburb of Chicago) and helps mamas feel confident. She empowers women who are looking to get their bodies back postpartum, avoid extra bathroom trips, and avoid pelvic pain so they can feel like themselves again and return to the activities and exercises they love. Lauren graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science in General Health Sciences and went on to pursue her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from National University of Health Sciences.
