I am a physical therapist (DPT), yoga instructor, reiki master, shamanic practitioner, and trained sexuality educator and counselor. I specialize in community-level, post rehab fitness and wellness through my small business, Ignite Well-being. I act as a coach for my clients and utilize various modalities including movement, stress reduction, sleep hygiene, shamanic practice, yoga, reiki, and sexual wellbeing, to recenter a client's joy and pleasure. I am affirming of diversity, including LGBTQIA, body size, ability, and race, and utilize a trauma informed as well as a systems lens.
