I am a pelvic health physical therapist and owner of My Pelvic Therapy, PLLC, a physical therapy private practice focusing on pelvic health for all genders. Whether you're trying to improve your bladder control, safely return to exercise after baby, address pelvic pain or jumpstart your core and pelvic floor fitness plan, my aim is to help you reach your pelvic health goals, and in turn improve your quality of life. All services are provided via TELEHEALTH, including one-to-one private physical therapy sessions as well as group virtual pelvic health fitness challenges via Zoom. I offer full one-hour sessions and am licensed in IL, CA, CO and FL.
