Amy Lajiness, LCSW

I’m Amy Lajiness, LCSW, and I’m an ecotherapist and psychotherapist practicing in San Diego. I specialize in working with adolescents and young adults, as well as with women in the pregnancy and postpartum periods. I commonly support my clients through anxiety, depression, and identity and relationship challenges.

No matter what brings you to therapy, you’ll be met with compassion, non-judgment, and a collaborative approach toward making positive changes in your life. I don’t practice one-size-fits-all therapy. Each person is unique, and comes to therapy for different reasons. You’ll find that our sessions will feel like an authentic partnership, working together towards your goals.

With the option of bringing our therapy sessions outdoors, we allow nature to assist in the work of healing and overcoming life’s challenges. You may also choose to meet with me in my La Jolla office, or via secure video conferencing. I look forward to working with you, and with nature, to bring you to a place of peace, joy, and connection.
