Core Strong Physical Therapy is a holistic pelvic physical therapy clinic committed to improving the quality of life for individuals. Our holistic approach combines physical therapy interventions with mindfulness, nutrition, and empowering patients to achieve their health goals. Our clinic provides diverse treatments, including education, manual therapy, dry needling, postural training, and customized exercise programs aimed at promoting muscle balance and alleviating pain. We specialize in addressing conditions such as bladder and bowel dysfunction, pelvic pain, and musculoskeletal issues, employing techniques like manual therapy and neuromuscular re-education to enhance muscle balance and support patient-oriented goals. Passionate about education, Dr. Allison has contributed as a Teaching Assistant for the Pelvic Floor Series Level 1. With over 15yrs of experience, she continuously pursues professional development through various notable courses such as; The Female Athlete Levels 1 and 2, IC Evaluation and Treatment, Myopain Seminars Dry Needling Level 1, Herman and Wallace: full Pelvic Series, Visceral mobilization for pelvic pain and the urogenital system, Athlete and the pelvic floor, Finding the Driver, Pregnant and Postpartum Population, and Pediatric Bowel Dysfunction.
