Zuzana Laubmann

I am a licensed non-medical practitioner for psychotherapy, Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, counsellor for internal family systems and doula, specializing in supporting women with a history of stressful experiences and sexual trauma. I have a master's degree in primary education and a master's degree in sociology and education.

A large part of my work is aimed at trauma prevention, particularly in the medical system in the form of preparation for operations and interventions as well as pregnancy and birth.

My areas of focus include attachment, birth, finances (personal and business), sexuality, grief, voice, movement, the authentic-self and trauma in the medical context.

“I love to discover and strengthen the healthy in people”, which is why Somatic Experiencing is my method of choice. I believe that we are all capable of discovering and understanding ourselves and our environment in a new way. Therein lies new, fresh energy, healing and new perspectives. I enjoy working with my clients, focusing on restoring their natural self-regulation and self-efficacy, as well as their strengths and resources.
