Zoey Ann Stimpson

Hello and welcome!

I’m Zoey, a Holistic Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP), Deep Wellness Mentor, and Facilitator with over two decades of experience in trauma healing, nervous system regulation, and body-based modalities. My work blends science, spirit, intuition, and a rich history of personal and professional wisdom to guide individuals and families toward deep transformation.

My approach is unconventional, as I’m not a licensed therapist. Instead, I draw from my background in somatic integrity, integrative wellness coaching, and body-based therapies to offer a unique, individualized healing path. My work is deeply rooted in the understanding of fragmentation versus wholeness, and the medicine of knowing how to step outside of what’s familiar in a safe and sustainable way. Whether that’s deepening our intimacy with ourselves and others, stepping more fully into our purpose, or breaking the cycles of intergenerational survival patterns that no longer serve us, this work helps us reclaim our ancestral gifts and restore balance. The impacts of trauma are often decontextualized, and though we understand the mind-body connection is essential, it’s when we honour the wisdom of our bodies that true transformation occurs in ways we least expect.

I work 1:1 or with couples in 2:1 settings, offering personalized support as a nervous system educator, coach, and SEP rooted in PVT and Somatic Attachment. I offer virtual 1:1 sessions internationally, yearly immersions, and programs designed to break limiting patterns and restore alignment. I’m also available for speaking engagements and workshops where I share the power of Somatic Experiencing and what it means to be truly human-informed in our healing journeys.
