I am a bodyworker who combines Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy with Somatic Experiencing® to help adults struggling with pain, stress, and trauma reclaim their lives. By working in the here and now, with how these symptoms and effects are held in the tissues, we can allow them to gently transform and heal.

Healing happens when the conditions are right, when you feel safe and when you have sufficient resources—both inner strengths and outer support—to allow old energies to process and release. I work to build your resources, to hold safety and confidentiality, to honor your boundaries and needs, to pace the work appropriately, and above all, to trust the wisdom of your body and the healing intentions of the life-force within.

I am a registered Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist (RCST®), a Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner (SEP), and a California Certified Massage Therapist (CMT). I have well over a decade of bodywork experience.

My work is entirely remote, combining distance craniosacral therapy with somatic dialogue skills, and is available to people across the U.S. and—in English—the world. RCST®, SEP
