With over twenty years of experience as a therapist, I offer you SE skills with compassion. Learning how to provide SE has been the most satisfying education and training in my 23 years, because I see how much it helps people, supports them and changes them. It was like getting another degree again, and well worth it for myself and clients!

Additionally I'm trained in Kathy Kain's "Touch Skills for Trauma Professionals" - an in-depth, in-person training program for using somatic touch work that supports regulating the nervous system and coherence across body-mind systems for peace, relief and resolve.
