I’m Verinder Sharma, a certified Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner (SEP) based in London. My mission is to help individuals release trauma and stress stored in the nervous system, guiding them toward resilience, balance, and renewed vitality.

Before transitioning into trauma therapy, I spent over 15 years in the banking and financial sector, specialising in ESG and regulatory compliance. My personal healing journey inspired a profound career shift, leading me to retrain in Somatic Experiencing—a body-based approach developed by Dr. Peter Levine who I also had a couple of days training with focusing on war and refugees. I also was on a retreat as a participant with Dr Gabor Maté who I learned a lot from. Recently, I was trained by the incredible PAtsy Rodenburg, who I had dreamed of meeting. I was lucky enough to learn from this incredible and enlightened human being.
