I work with young adults, professionals, and college students who experience anxiety and trauma. In a world that is constantly filling your head with expectations and ideas of who you “should” be, I want to help you quiet the noise, become unapologetically you, and live life fully. Life is so much more than sweet tea and picture-perfect living.

My clients tend to be people who question their worth and experience feelings of shame, fear, and doubt. I have a passion for working with women, high achievers, and creatives, and I’m proud to be an LGBTQ ally.
