I enjoy working with adults, children and families. In addition to working with trauma, I have a strong interest in relationships, health and resilience. I've worked in mental health since 1984, and earned my MSW (1992), In 2004 I completed a 2 year apprenticeship in Conscious Living; & completed my Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP) certificate in 2010. Post Advanced trainings include: Touch Skills Training with Kathy Kain (2012); Integral Somatic Psychotherapy with Raja Selvam (3/2016); DARe with Diane Poole Heller completed 3/2016; Eye if the Needle with Peter Levine in 2019; and Transforming the Experience Based Brain with Steve Terrell, March 2023. I have a deep appreciation for the improved regulation and healing that is made possible through Somatic Experiencing.
