I specialize in providing culturally affirming, trauma-informed care for clients in Missouri and Illinois. I work with women, BIPOC and LGBTQ+ clients to address anxiety, depression and trauma symptoms. With more than 20 years of experience across for-profit, non-profit, hospital and private practice settings, I bring a unique and collaborative approach to therapy and healing.

Using psychodynamic techniques along with Somatic Experiencing and DARe (Dynamic Attachment Repatterning Experience) interventions, I help clients reduce symptoms to increase emotional and physical regulation. As a result of our work together, my clients experience greater freedom to nurture fulfilling relationships, engage in meaningful work and live their lives with more peace and purpose.
