I obtained my Masters of Arts in counseling, with an emphasize on Lifestyle and Wellness from Ottawa University. I have 13 yrs experience with "The McNutts Healing Ministry", in the Phoenix area. I incorporates skill development in: mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotional regulation, and assertive communication.
