As a registered trauma therapist, EFT couples therapist, and SEP fluent in both Vietnamese and English, I am dedicated to supporting cross-cultural and multicultural families and individuals facing traumatic symptoms and relationship challenges. I specialize in working with marginalized populations, offering individual, family, and couples therapy, and I’m happy to provide sliding scale options for those facing financial barriers.

Having lived in Vietnam for 30 years before moving to Canada, I now reside, work, and play in both Vancouver and Vietnam. I integrate my understanding of both cultures to enrich the therapeutic space I provide for my clients.

I offer personalized sessions for beginning-level Somatic Experiencing (SE) students, helping you build a strong foundation in SE with cultural sensitivity and expertise. Additionally, I provide SEP sessions for clients seeking compassionate and effective healing from trauma.
