I support people in coming home to themselves—especially when trauma, displacement, or life’s heartbreaks have made that feel distant or out of reach.
My approach blends Somatic Experiencing®, expressive arts, movement, and deep listening. I hold space for people to slow down, feel safe in their bodies again, and gently reconnect with what matters most: a sense of belonging, dignity, creativity, and inner steadiness.
I’ve walked this path myself. Originally from Southeast Europe and now based in California, I carry a lived understanding of cultural rupture and resilience. For over 30 years, I’ve been immersed in spiritual inquiry and somatic healing—through active meditation, movement-based practices, and long-term study with the Diamond Approach. These teachings continue to shape how I meet others: with presence, compassion, and deep respect for the mystery of healing.
I’m the founder of Somatic and Expressive Arts International, a nonprofit that brings trauma healing education to Southeast Europe. I’ve also served as an assistant teacher in the Somatic Psychology department at CIIS in San Francisco. And while I’ve taught internationally, I most treasure the one-on-one work—where we follow your body’s wisdom and create space for what is ready to be felt, moved, and transformed.
This work is for anyone longing to feel more alive and connected. You are welcome here—in your fullness and your fear, your grief and your joy. We begin right where you are.
