Susan Isserman

Welcome, all. My name is Susan and I am a coach. I work with a broad range of clients and concerns, but focus on alleviating stress and love to assist with unleashing energy to achieve your goals. I have some corporate experience and can assist also with workplace relationships and concerns.

My approach
I practice Somatic Experiencing and Internal Family Systems (parts work) with a special focus on the way our body holds our stress and also our healing. I love helping people connect to the present and enlarge their capacity to handle challenging situations and emotions. I am open to what works for each individual. I want to create an environment to unleash your inner wisdom and healing capacities.

My communication style
I strongly believe that therapy should shine a light on your positive gifts, not just the hard places. Bring your cat, dog, goldfish, or your favorite picture, put on your comfiest clothes and unwind here.

My journey to coaching
Like many others, I have benefited from the wisdom of key people in my life who acted as guides at critical periods. I believe in carrying that forward. I want to share my gifts to help others along the path.

My goals for you
You have the wisdom to set your life course and I am very interested in your goals and how we can work together. I want everyone to leave each session feeling a little more hopeful and confident with tools to help you use your inner wisdom and healing capacities to manage symptoms on the way to healing them.
