I specialize in working with adults experiencing chronic pain, distress from past trauma, anxiety, or depression who are feeling stressed and overwhelmed with managing their daily lives. I am uniquely equipped to help those who have experienced complex trauma or severe anxiety or depression to heal their mind and body and find a way to move forward and live fuller lives. I can help clients heal their inner child, break generational trauma patterns, and relieve chronic pain symptoms.

I am specially trained in two of the newest mind-body approaches, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) therapy and Somatic Experiencing (SE). Through these approaches, we will work together to reprocess and change the emotions, behaviors, and thoughts causing you pain to help make daily life more manageable, balanced, and pain-free.
