I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor practicing in Parksville, British Columbia primarily through telehealth/online sessions. I help adults whose exposure to stressful and traumatic situations has resulted in anxiety, depression, chronic illness/ pain, and burnout. Working with the body as well as the mind allows deep, long-lasting changes to take place, and increases well-being both now and in the future. I offer individual sessions as well as unique online programs that can be accessed confidentially through your desktop, tablet or smartphone.
