I have worked in the social service field for over 30 years and as a licensed Clinician for 22. I work with teens and adults, couples and families, on issues of trauma, substance abuse, depression, anxiety, parenting, grief and loss, LGBTQIA orientation and identity, relationship challenges, blended families and more. I have taught at Phillips Graduate Institute for 7 years and supervise lower fee post-grad associates. I use a combination of warmth and humor to help clients find their way to a greater level of happiness and calm. I also utilize yoga therapy and LifeForce Yoga techniques (meditation, pranayama, Yoga Nidra, visualization) in a mind-body focus, as well as Attachment Focused EMDR.
