I am a body-oriented psychotherapist taking a holistic, somatic and spiritual approach to therapy, looking deeply into the interplay between mind, body and spirit. I work collaboratively with clients to explore socio-cultural considerations, how we fit or don't fit in that context and our opportunities for growth.

I have over two decades of experience as an elementary & middle school teacher and counselor. My experience lends a multi-faceted expertise in human development across the lifespan.
