My philosophy, rooted in somatics, depth psychology, and creativity, is that by noticing and allowing the feelings and sensations that arise within us, we can heal the patterns, behaviors, and defenses that limit our capacity for experience. This process fosters a deeper understanding of our authentic Self. As we come to know ourselves better, we begin to trust our inner guidance more than external influences like culture, family, and society, which often try to dictate our lives.

I’m a certified coach and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, helping others to learn the language of their bodies and follow it into a more authentic expression of self. With a safe and compassionate witness, my clients have a place to feel fully vulnerable sharing what’s happening within. And from there, incredible things can happen.
