I’m a Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner, Family Constellation Facilitator, Certified TRE® Provider, and a Trauma-Informed Coach.

My work weaves together somatic and ontological approaches with intergenerational trauma healing, offering a holistic space where the body, emotions, beliefs, and ancestral patterns are gently explored and integrated. Over the years, I’ve also incorporated simple yoga practices, mindfulness, and trauma-release techniques into my sessions to support deeper regulation and inner coherence.

What matters most to me is creating a space where people feel truly seen, heard, and held without judgment. My strength lies in my ability to hold space with empathy, trust, and quiet presence — combined with an intuitive sense for what’s ready to shift.
