Selene Yan

Selene is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Intuitive Eating Counsellor with over 15 years of experience. She specializes in working with disordered eating, eating disorders and body image concerns. She has a deep understanding of how the ability to eat and digest food is intricately linked with the body’s nervous system. She helps individuals tune inwards so they may better understand and attend to their body’s needs.

Selene works from a trauma-informed and weight-inclusive lens. Her approach is guided by her training in mindfulness, yoga, embodied recovery, and somatic experiencing. Her goal is to help individuals cultivate a satisfying and safe relationship with food and body.

For SE students, Selene is approved to offer Personal SE Sessions at the beginner level.
