I am an SEP and a Licensed Psychologist with extensive experience integrating psychotherapy and SE for adults coping with acute and developmental trauma, childhood sexual/physical abuse, depression, anxiety, self-injury, substance abuse, and other adjustment concerns. I integrate Somatic Experiencing with Mindfulness, Parts work informed by Internal Family Systems, as well as traditional cognitive/behavioral and psychodynamic/relational approaches to psychotherapy.
