I am a psychotherapist (LCSW, SEP) combining western, eastern and somatic psychology assisting individuals to connect with themselves and their own healing wisdom to live more integrated and full lives.

I have an NYU master's degree in clinical social work and have participated in many wonderful trainings in my 20 years of being a therapist and 27 years in the healing field.

My education includes being certified as an SEP through the Somatic Experiencing Trauma Institute's 3-year program, as well as training in Family Constellations. I am a certified DARe (Dynamic Attachment Repatterning experience) and NARM (NeuroAffective Relational Model) attachment therapist, and have completed Levels I, II, III in couples therapy through the The Gottman Institute. I incorporate Non-Violent Communication (NVC) in my work.

I am a graduate of Spirit Rock's Community Dharma Leadership Program (5th iteration 2015-2017), have facilitated mindfulness meditation classes in English and Spanish, and have an Integral Hatha Yoga Instructor (2000) and Acupressure Institute (2000) certification.
