Somatic Experiencing has helped me become a more balanced and resilient person, so I know personally how powerful this tool can be. I use a lot of humor and playfulness in the therapy room, as well as genuine empathy for what you’re experiencing. I aim to engage with you on your level, not “above” you as an expert or teacher. I'm here to walk beside you and support you through it all.

I'm currently a beginner assistant.

I am an LMHC in Massachusetts and take Optum, United Healthcare, and Aetna, and BCBS insurances and am virtual-only at this time.
