Sarit provides SE™ sessions and group facilitation at an integrative trauma healing center in Los Angeles. In her private practice, she provides SE™ sessions for adults and teens, and carves out a significant space to provide low cost sessions to women who have been trafficked and to folx in marginalized communities.
Sarit teaches trauma-informed yoga to incarcerated men and women across Los Angeles and Riverside Counties, integrating SE™ techniques into her classes.
Whether it's SE™ or TI Yoga, Sarit focuses on providing a safe container for healing and creative exploration of movement and sound, encouraging the cultivation of each individual’s potential for deep healing.
Sarit is a body-image advocate, long-time social justice advocate and activist and desires a wold where difference is celebrated and honored. Sarit creates a safe container for the restoration of one's well-being while encouraging an ongoing exploration and cultivation for deep healing. Sarit believes we all have the an innate capacity for healing and resilience.
Side note, but not so side, Sarit is an accomplished photographer and writer and the founder of the LoveMore Movement. She offers Embodied Photography workshops connecting Somatic Experiencing® and Photography, using her camera to work with boundaries, agency, vitality.
