Sarah's work is grounded in the body through her training as an occupational therapist. Her awareness of sensory -motor systems and their effect on the psychosocial aspects of development informs all of her work .. She uses both a hands on approach that is based in her biodynamic craniosacral therapy training , sensory integration , attachment work and play in order to help children and adults become the best version of themselves. People develop a sense of curiosity, creativity , physical mastery , agency in the world and loving relationships. Sarah uses her training in Somatic experiencing and her education in the work of Dr Porges to support the emotional regulation of the children their parents and adult clients
