I have been a nurse since the mid 1980's and a nurse practitioner since 2002. I have worked with many populations and in many settings over this time, including home health and hospice care, college health, family practice and psychiatry.

The current focus of my practice is Integrative Psychiatry and Trauma therapy using SE, DARe and Ketamine assisted therapy

I offer personalized, in-depth evaluation, and holistic treatment for chronic illness and mental health issues. I am extensively trained in a Functional Medicine/Holistic approach in assessment and treatment of physical and mental health concerns. I also have an extensive background in meditation and mindfulness that I also incorporate into my practice.

I have found that trauma is almost always a factor with chronic illness and mental health symptoms. I am an SEP and offer therapy alone, as part of Integrative Psychiatric Care as well as Ketamine Assisted Therapy with Somatic integration sessions. I am also trained in Dynamic Attachment Repatterning (DARe), a somatic approach to attachment trauma developed by Diane Poole-Heller (Dianepoolheller.com.) These are all powerful modalities for healing trauma and supporting transformational change.
