Sandrine Harris offers a fluid process for expanding awareness, sensing patterns, and integrating lived experience with support and healing. She connects with folx (adults ages 18+ yrs) through a woven confluence of Somatic Experiencing, Feldenkrais mindful movement, Trauma-Sensitive Mindfulness Meditation, and Somatic Inquiry for Chronic Pain and Trauma / Traumatic Stress. The embodied process Sandrine offers is collectively known as Emergent Nature.
Sandrine is a former professional dancer with decades of experiential education, formal training, and learning within global communities. She began her Emergent Nature practice in 2008, and continues to learn through peer-consults and annual continuing education. She is passionate about sharing a combo of neuroscientific, evidence-based praxis with the fluid state of awakening and connection that can transform difficulty and bring more vitality and resilience into our lives.
