As a psychotherapist trained in Somatic Experiencing and Brainspotting, I support clients in healing trauma through a body-centered approach. I use these powerful modalities to help release stored trauma, process difficult emotions, and access deeper layers of healing. My goal is to empower clients to reconnect with their inner strength and create lasting shifts in both mind and body.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, playing volleyball, walking my dog, riding horses, and being outside in nature.
