I’ve had a full time bodywork practice for over 40 years integrating the modalities of Rolfing Structural Integration bodywork, Somatic Experiencing and NeuroAffective Touch.

I completed the 3 year Somatic Experiencing training in 2002 and have assisted SE trainings for over 15 years. I am excited about bridging the gap between bodywork and talk therapy to move beyond trauma by integrating our heart, body and mind. I work with people who have physical restrictions, chronic pain and all types of physical or emotional trauma. Online sessions are available.

I am approved to provide individual sessions for all levels of SE trainings.
