Rocio Toledo

Hi! I’m Rocio Toledo, a registered psychologist and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP) based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. I am the owner and sole psychologist at Two Stories – Mind · Body Psychology, where I provide individual therapy for adults seeking to heal from trauma and attachment wounds.
My approach focuses on helping clients strengthen their connection to themselves, others, and their present moment, enabling them to rediscover a sense of vitality, balance, and connection in their everyday lives.
I am committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and judgment-free space where you can come as you are and engage in your healing journey.
I completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) with a major in Psychology at University of Calgary, a Master of Counselling (MC) at City University of Seattle - Calgary Campus, as well as beginner, intermediate, and advanced Somatic Experiencing trainings. I have also completed trainings on Internal Family Systems (IFS) principles and DARe (Dynamic Attachment Repatterning Experience), among others.
I offer in-person sessions in Calgary, and virtual session throughout Alberta.
