Robin Marie Morgan

We are all in search of someone who understands us. That is what Robin Morgan does best. From the first phone call, to the first one-hour consultation in her office, Robin puts you at ease with her accepting and gentle demeanour. She creates a safe space for you to tell your story, be heard, and understood. Robin specializes in Emotion Focused Couples Therapy (EFT), which has a 75% proven success rate. She is the first certified EFT counsellor in the Interior of British Columbia.

Robin has specialized in many counselling areas. From 2008-2010 she specialized in working with people with addictions and spent two years working full-time as a counsellor at Crossroads Treatment Center. In 2010 she started her training as a couples specialist and spent the next 3-4 years specializing in working with couples. Over this time she discovered that many of these couples have experienced trauma and she then went on to pursue 3 years of training in trauma therapy.She has a wide range of training and experience to work with a range of diverse issues.

In terms of couples: Statistically speaking, 80% of all couples fall into the same communication pattern. One partner will become angry and critical as they try to pursue a closer connection. The other partner becomes withdrawn and distant to avoid conflict. Robin has helped hundreds of couples untangle themselves from unhealthy patterns and find their way back to a close, loving relationship.



Robin specializes in couples counselling and also works with individuals. She helps you recognize and change the negative patterns that impact you and your self-esteem. Through counselling you will learn how these negative patterns affect your life personally, socially, in relationships, at work, and with your loved ones. In addition, Robin has received specialized training for trauma therapy and addiction recovery.
