My approach integrates Somatic Experiencing with Jungian and relational depth psychotherapy. I am especially interested in working with people who have a spiritual practice and are seeking to expand and deepen their somatic and psychological awareness. I have over 45 years experience offering therapy for individuals, couples and groups, as well as supervision and consultation for psychotherapists. I have been a Clinical Professor in the Psychiatry Department of UCSF Medical Center and am on the supervising and teaching faculties of The Psychotherapy Institute, Berkeley, and The Marina Counseling Center, San Francisco. I am approved to offer SE sessions for Beginning and Intermediate SE students. My healing work is informed by more than 40 years of spiritual study and practice.
