Hi, I’m Rebecca , a psychologist specializing in complex trauma and its impacts on life. If you're struggling with the weight of past experiences, feeling stuck, or disconnected from yourself, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to navigate it alone.

I offer a compassionate and body-oriented approach that helps you feel safe in yourself again. Using Somatic Experiencing (SE), neuroscience, and other body based approaches, we’ll work together to gently release what no longer serves you, so you can move forward with more ease and a sense of coherence/wholeness.

With experience in both private practice and working in a closed psychiatric ward, I understand the depth and complexity of trauma. I offer a holistic, body-oriented approach, co-creating a safe space where clients can process past experiences at their own pace. My work is not just about symptom relief but fostering lasting resilience and self-trust.
