Some of my background in helping people transform their lives over the past 40 years include:

Leadership. Served in leadership positions for 20 years including leading a team of 60 mental health professionals.
Growth mindset. Was a professional ‘cellist, holistic health practitioner, earned 2 Doctorates, and completed numerous professional trainings.
Mindfulness. 35 years of practicing meditation, tai chi, and yoga.
Somatic wisdom — I have 125 days of training in Somatic Experiencing (including 37 days of training with Peter Levine), Somatic Resilience and Regulation, Integral Somatic Psychology, and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy; I have also served as assistant for 73 days of training at the Beginning, Intermediate and Advanced Levels in Somatic Experiencing; past Board Member of Somatic Experiencing International.
