My name is Perrin I am a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner located in Kauai, Hawai’i. I have a background in Art and Mediation which weaves into much of my work. In addition to traditional Somatic Experiencing sessions: I offer somatic painting, and blend Hakomi and (IFS) Internal Family Systems Informed work into my practice. I also weave bodywork from trainings I received with Kathy Kain, and Steve Terrell, as well as, TRE (Trauma and Tension Releasing Exercises) from trainings with Dr. David Berceli, and Biodynamic Breathwork which is a trauma informed body-based practice.

I believe that we are all our own healers and that there is no one path to healing that is a best, there is only what is best for you. Together we explore the path and allow your nervous system the safety to guide the way.
