I work with clients who are struggling with the effects of trauma and leaning into the hope for healing. Somatic Experiencing (SE) is my foundational lens while utilizing EMDR, Brainspotting, Biofield Tuning Forks, Experiential, TEB, BASE, SRR, Healing Touch, and Attachment work.

Additionally, I offer Therapeutic Touch and Table Work which is beneficial for clients who have experienced Developmental Trauma. Mostly, Developmental Trauma is pre-verbal and the story lies within the clients body. This body memory is implicit and holds the client back from healing. As a person who has PTSD, I seek and learn the latest Somatic and Attachment findings and bring them into my therapy session when beneficial for the client. LMFT, SEP
