Noah A. Goldberg

I work with people longing to build a deeper connection to their bodies so they can feel more grounded and present in how they show up for themselves, their families and their communities. I’m a Somatic Coach- my work is creative, curious and holds individual healing as sacredly interconnected with collective transformation. I believe accessing places & spaces of knowing, wisdom and belonging that are erased by colonialism, white supremacy, capitalism, ableism, patriarchy and more, is a key part of reclaiming wholeness and showing up to meet the present moment.

In our work together I share an understanding of how our bodies communicate and express themselves on a nervous system level, & offer tools and resources to help folks deepen their relationship with their bodies & the information they convey.

My work has helped people: develop clarity on important life decisions; move through places of repetitive ‘stuckness’; increase capacity to be with difficult emotions; cultivate and stay connected to a sense of self-trust; awaken access to experiences of delight; understand identities of privilege and develop clarity to show up as an accomplice in social justice movements; increase self-trust for people who hold non-dominant/marginalized identities and uncover gifts connected to experiences of energetic sensitivity.
