I am passionate about partnering with and supporting other mental health and helping professionals who desire to grow their skills working with trauma-related mental health challenges while also learning to maintain their own mental health.

Therapy services to clients who identify as mental health or helping professionals
SE Personal Sessions at All Levels and Individual Consults at the Beginning Level for SE Students
SE Coaching Sessions to clients who identify as mental health or helping professionals

I received my Master of Science from Kansas State University with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy. During my time in graduate school, I fell in love with Play Therapy. I completed a Play Therapy certification program through KC Play Therapy Institute. At the beginning of my career, I worked as a Social Services Case Manager and had the honor of working with many children and families suffering from trauma and attachment challenges. This led me on a journey to learn about trauma and attachment. I completed Dr. Dan Hughes’ level one Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy training in Maine. I then went on to complete Eye Movement Densensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) training, the Integrative Attachment Trauma Protocol for Children through The Attachment and Trauma Center of Nebraska. I also am DARe certified. Overall the focus of my training for the last couple of years has been dedicated to growing and developing my SE skills. LMFT SEP
